It’s been twenty-five years since Razorback began making rounds in the Philippine rock scene, cementing their status as one of the defining hard rock bands of the 90’s. Refusing to fade away or die out entirely, the band has survived the past two decades by continuing to frequent the stages of various concerts and tours. Their most recent studio release was in 2011, an album entitled Three Minutes of Glory.
The past few months have seen Razorback turning the first gears for their yearlong twenty-fifth anniversary celebration. In September, the band began with the release of the single “Leads Me Home” on iTunes. Since then, the song has been circulating local airwaves. By the following month, Razorback continued their tradition of the yearly anniversary gig with Razorback XXV in Quantum Space, Makati. Within the next year, there are plans for the band to release a new acoustic album.
Just last week, MTV premiered the music video for “Leads Me Home”, which found the band back in the studio putting the song together (no doubt a sign of things to come). But now, in an exclusive release, Rogue.ph proudly presents the online premiere of the “Leads Me Home” music video.
