Sculpted from sand and clay, and carved out of the natural contours of the land, Zeli and Joni Balao-Strugar built their self-sustaining Benguet home purely “on intuition,” inspired by the organic architecture of Hundertwasser and the spiritual philosophy of Rudolf Steiner.
